This Consent covers the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, gender, telephone number, email address, and any other information about themselves that the Personal Data Subject provides on their own initiative by writing to the Operator’s email address office@stories-consulting.ru.

2. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

Purposes of processing: promotion of the Operator’s goods and services on the market; conclusion and performance of civil law contracts (selection of a service by the Personal Data Subject, scheduling an appointment, sending informational and advisory messages regarding the service and the appointment, and any other interaction with the Personal Data Subject in connection with their inquiry).

6.1. This Consent is valid indefinitely and may be withdrawn by sending a written notice to the Operator at Office 308, Bldg. 35, 15 Leningradsky Prospekt, Moscow, 125 040, Russia. The date of withdrawal is the day following the day the written notice of withdrawal is delivered to the Operator.

6.2. If the Consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue to process personal data without my consent where there are grounds for doing so under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.

7. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided and that the data provided is accurate. I confirm that I have read the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006 and the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy. I understand my rights and obligations in the field of personal data protection.

8. This Consent remains in effect until the processing of personal data is terminated in accordance with clause 6.1.

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, in accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" of March 13, 2006, I consent to receiving from Stories Research and Consulting LLC, INN 7 743 358 159, OGRN 1 217 700 158 796, registered address: Office 308, Bldg. 35, 15 Leningradsky Prospekt, Moscow, 125 040, Russia, advertising information (including in the form of advertising mailings) about special and personalized offers, promotions, new services, events, discounts and other information related, among other things, to the Company, its partners and the Company’s Loyalty Program, delivered via:

• direct contact by telephone;
• email newsletters;

I may opt out of receiving advertising information (including advertising mailings) at any time by sending a written notice in free form to the Company’s address stated above, specifying my full name, mobile phone number and email address.
